Group Exercise Classes

Balance Class – Balance Class is for all.  Any age at any stage.  This class is designed to reduce the probability of falling.  Leg and Core strength, flexibility and mobility, and proprioceptive exercises are all aspects of this class. The beauty of balance class is that all can do and should do it.   ($ - additional fee for this class)

Barre Class – Barre workouts are intensely focused on improving core strength, developing the stabilizing muscles of the shoulder and hip girdles, and enhancing flexibility.1 They can also help improve alignment and posture. This is done mostly by performing isometric exercises and small movements that work muscles at a specific joint angle within a given range of motion. Essentially, these classes focus on strengthening and tightening the hips, glutes, thighs, and core—while improving posture.

Core and more with Pilates – This class uses Pilates inspired movements.  Core and more uses controlled movements of the body, powered through the core.  A challenging, yet low impact exercise to tone your entire body.  Pilates puts emphasis on improved flexibility, and strength, as well as balance and coordination.

Cycling – No gimmicks, no fluff, just riding.  This class is a challenging, high energy cardio workout.  The workout is set to music, which gets the legs pumping.  Calories will be burned and improvements in your fitness will be attained.  All fitness levels welcome.  First time participants are recommended to arrive 10 minutes early for a bike fitting. 

Men’s Mobility – Mobility training optimizes movement and performance by increasing the range of motion within your joints and surrounding muscles.  When you are more mobile, you can train harder, recover faster, and perform better! This class focuses on Men who desire a better, stronger active range of motion. 

Taste of Orange – A coach-led group fitness class based on heart rate interval training inspired by Orange Theory.  The class consists of treadmills, Bikes, and a variety of other strength and core training equipment. All are welcome to join this fast, high-energy class.

Pound – Pound is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by infectious, energizing and sweat dripping fun of playing the drums.  This is a full body workout.  Any age and any stage of fitness is welcome to join this class.
